Stacey started pole dancing in 2006 and owns a pole dance studio in Prague “Pole Škola” since 2010.

She is certified pole dance and Frame Up instructor. Together with Deny, she created an Exotic Pole Instructor training and successfully runs it for 3 years already.
At the moment Stacey is balancing between being a mom to her 1.5 year old, running a business and continuing to explore what pole dance and exotic has to offer. Stacey loves to dance and experiment with movement, mix styles, explore and learn new techniques. She is enjoying “the ride” from 2006 even more and more every year.
Deny Grigorik is dancer, choreographer, exotic pole dance instructor and official Frame Up style representative since 2020. She is instructor on online platforms such as exoticdanceacademy.com and fitplayce.cz – EPDF pole dance instructor since 2020.
Deny is creating educational programs for future instructors of exotics under “Pole Škola” together with Stacey Nicolau.

Deny also has judging experience for many years: competitions such as pole sport (art panel), pole exotic battles, Czech exotic open etc.
Fanny is teaching pole for over 12 years and specialized herself in heels-based pole for the last 6 years.
In her classes her priority is to make complex technical movements understandable and accomplishable for everyone. Her goal is to provide her students with all the necessary foundations and knowledge to help them grow as a dancer and explore their own style of dancing.
With a special love for legwork and low flow Fanny loves to create choreos with a mystical touch which will get you in a witchy mood throughout.
Julia has started with pole dancing in 2011 and stayed deeply in love with it since. After being fascinated by all the tricks and the crazy stuff that is possible she discovered more and more the fun of dancing in heels. Heels were a part of her performances since she started taking part in competitions in 2014.
She found her style of dancing in slinky, sexy movement and musicality and loves to combine this with her favourite tricks.
In teaching she loves most to see the growth in others that gave herself so much since she touched a pole for the first time.
Poli is the vibrant and passionate pole dance instructor who brings a unique blend of dedication, experience, and love for the art to our workshop. As the founder of a thriving pole dance studio in the picturesque island of Malta, Poli has been an integral part of the pole dance community since 2014.
Beyond her impressive credentials, Poli is a proud mother of two, adding a nurturing and supportive touch to her teaching style.
Poli’s commitment to her craft extends beyond the studio, as she has participated in prestigious competitions such as the International Dutch PoleArt and PoleArts Italy. A turning point in her pole dance journey occurred when a shoulder injury led her to explore the alluring world of low flow exotic pole dance, a style she embraced wholeheartedly and fell in love with.
What sets Poli apart is her genuine joy in witnessing the progress of her students. She takes immense pride in their achievements, creating a supportive and empowering atmosphere within her classes. Mona started pole dancing in 2009 and opened up her studio just in 2010. Primarily fascinated and focussed on tricks and transitions, she discovered over the years her passion for drama choreographies and exotic dance.
As a from the beginning mainly self-taught pole dancer via visuals, she quickly detects main issues of her students in their movements. Her language is clear and direct.
The aim in Mona’s choreo classes is to transport the emotion of the songs and to keep an eye on clear technique of the tricks classes.
Mona educated from 2012-2020 pole dance instructors for Polebatics and Xpert Pole Fitness in Europe.
